Elisa's Chicken tortilla casserole

Introduction

I used very low cal tortillas and light sour cream for a low calorie dish I used very low cal tortillas and light sour cream for a low calorie dish

Ingredients

    8 oz daisy light sour cream
    12 oz diced chicken breast
    12 mini bell peppers (diced)
    26 oz can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    12 smiths corn tortillas

Directions

In a large pan combine all ingredients except cheese. Warm up on stove. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Spray a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Alternate layering tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese. Cover with remaining cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
