Marinated Portobellos

Ingredients

    4 Portobello Mushrooms, stem removed,
    1/4 c Soy Sauce
    1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Garlic cloves, minced

Directions

In a large ziploc baggie, mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar & garlic. Add mushroom caps, and let marinate at room temp for 2 hours, rotating occasionally. Discard marinade and grill or broil 4 minutes each side. Serve alone or as burger.
