IntroductionI modified a Campbell's kitchen recipe I modified a Campbell's kitchen recipe
1 Lb chicken breast 9divided into 4oz pc's.
1 can Campbell's low fatcream of chicken
1 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup wild rice mix
1/4 cup onion chopped
6 sliced rings red bellpepper
2 cups frozen veggies( italian blend)
1 cup snap peas
1/4 cup shredded cheese.
Stir soup ,water,rice onion and the rest of veggies in
an oven proof dish add the spices and stir.Top rice mixture with the chicken,cover and bake for 50 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through,
top with grated cheese ,let stand 10 min. serve with a salad.as calculated it serves 4 can easily be serving 6 with a salad
Serving Size: makes 4 serv.@ 4 oz chicken .75 cup veggies & rice.
