*Pork Sausage, 1 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: 3-7/(remove)
*Red Onion (1 srv = 1 med onion), 1 serving(remove)
*Mushroom, baby bella, fresh, 1 oz serving = approx 1 mushroom, 1 oz(remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)
Half and Half Cream, 1 tbsp(remove)
Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)(remove)

Directions
Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees.
cook sausage, then add butter, peppers, onions cook for a minute then add mushrooms. crack eggs in bowl, add cream and s&p. mix together. add to pan cook til bottom is set. put in toaster oven cook 10-15 minutes then turn to broil and cook for 2 minutes until frittata puffs up and is cooked thru.
Serving Size: 2 servings makes 1 small cast iron skillet full.
