Pan Seared Chicken Breast

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 T olive oil
Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
Tips
The sauce in the pan can be served over any starch you serve the chicken with. If you like you can make a gravy by adding a bit of wine (red or white), a little butter or mustard. Reduce until thick. Try different things it's fun!
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Rinse chicken breasts in cool water, pat dry
Generously season both sides of breast with seasoning blend.
Heat olive oil in very hot saute pan, swirl to coat
Place chicken breasts in pan and cook until golden brown (approximately 7 minutes each side)
Transfer from stove top to oven for another 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, let set for about 3 minutes
Serving Size: Serves 4
