4 oz. extra lean ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1.5 C Ragu spaghetti sauce, or like product
1/2 C part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 C 1% milk fat cottage cheese
2 oz part skim mozarella cheese, shredded
4 oz of lasagna noodles, (approx 8 noodles)
1 tsp. italian seasoning
Cook noodles per package directions, until al dente (with a bite).
Mix cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and italian seasoning in a bowl. Take 1 noodle and lay flat. Put 1/8 of mixture near the end of the noodle. Roll the noodle and place in cassarole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Continue until all noodles are rolled.
Poor ground beef and sauce mixture over the rolls. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
