Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 med. potatoes, shredded
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. shredded onion
    1 T. parsley flakes
    2 t. salt
    1/4. t. pepper
    1/4 c. dry milk

Directions

Combine everything and place in a loaf pan. Bake @ 350 f for 90 min. Serve with ketchup if desired.
