Ingredients

    4x 2oz dry serv, is apx.4 cups wholewheat pasta,
    8 oz wild mushroom blend, sliced
    1 oz almond slivers blanched
    3 garlic cloves finely sliced
    .25 cup diced onion
    2 Tsp sundried tomatoes,(not in oil) chopped
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    2 oz white wine
    2/3 cup corn
    3/4 cup peas
    1 cup chopped broccoli florets
    dash of salt and pepper.
    4 chopped or torn basil leaves.

Tips

sprinkle some grated cheese over dish as well if you like.


Directions

Cook pasta as per package. drain and reserve 1 cup of cooking liquid.
Add 1/2 Tbsp oli to frying pan ,when hot; add almond slivers cook until fragrant ,3-4 min. remove and set aside.
Add rest of oil and cook the onion,garlic ,tomatoes and mushrooms until soft, add the wine ,cook for a minute then you can add the rest of veggies and spices,cook aldente then ,add the cooked pasta.mix with the cooking liquid as much or little as you need.sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings as a meal 6 serv as a side.
