8 oz. sliced mushrooms 1 med. yellow onion (halved & sliced into 1/2" wedges) 5 6-7 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2C. Blue Parrot Spaghetti Sauce salt pepper
Place 1/2 of the mushrooms and onion wedges in the bottom of the crockpot. Lightly salt & pepper chicken breasts and place on top. Add remaining mushroom & onion to crockpot and pour spaghetti sauce over entire contents. Cook on low for 5 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
