Introduction

A Raw smoothie for anytime you want a burst of energy A Raw smoothie for anytime you want a burst of energy
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup spinach or other greens
    1 peeled cucumber
    2 ribs celery
    1/2 -1 lemon
    1 peeled beet
    1 cup carrot juice or 2 med. carrots (add 1/2 cup water)
    3-4 ice cubes

Tips

A great vegan raw smoothie, and good for your liver.


Directions

Cut large ingredients in pieces, and place in vitamix, add liquids and start on variable 1, go quickly to 10, then on high 30 seconds or as desired. If too thick, add more water and go another 10 seconds or so.

Serving Size: makes 1 large smoothie
