Ingredients

    Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no sugar added, 6 cup
    Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies 1.25 cup
    Beans, black, .75 cup
    Beans, red kidney, .75 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .3 cup, strips
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Cook on stove for 2 hours, or crock pot on low for four or so hours. Will be ready when carrots are softened.

Serving Size: 12 servings, (1 cup each)
