Ingredients

    *Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts), 12 tbsp
    Raw-Wild Natural Honey, 4 tbsp
    100% whey protein - vanilla, 1/2 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Wheat germ, crude, .5 cup
    Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup

Tips

Add rasins, cranberries, dried blueberries, carob chips, etc. for more variety


Directions

Mix peanut butter and honey or maple syrup. Mix in the rest of the ingredients one at a time. Add the “smaller” ingredients like flax seed, then wheat germ, then Protein powder before moving on to the oatmeal and extras). Refridgerate for best keeping.
