Number of Servings: 36


    5 cups whole wheat flour
    4 cups Sunny Boy Cereal
    2 cups wheat bran
    1 cup blackstrap molasses
    2 tsp. baking soda
    7 cups tap water


Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 3 loaf pans.
Bake for 90 minutes in 200 degree oven. Bake another 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
