Beef and Spinach Meatballs

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    500 grams lean ground beef
    150 grams fresh spinach, chopped
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup plain oatmeal
    1 cup chopped raw oinion
    4 chopped garlic cloves

Tips

Can be made spicier with the addition of curry powder or hot pepper sauce!

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 150C, 300F.
Mix all ingredients together with a fork or by hand. Roll meatballs between palms and place on a lightly greased ovenproof dish.
Roast for approximately 25 minutes and serve with lots of lightly cooked vegetables or your favourite roasted vegetables

Serving Size: Makes 24 small meatballs, 6 meatballs each serving
