Ingredients

    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
    Brown Sugar, 1TBSP packed
    2 large Egg white
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, .5 cup
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/3 cups
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    *Splenda, 2 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except .5 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tsp of Splenda. Spoon the batter into mini muffin tins evenly. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over muffins. Back at 400 F for 20 minutes.
