Apple Oatmeal Crisp

    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
    *Flour, white, 1T
    Butter, unsalted, 2.5T
    Brown Sugar, 6T, packed(remove)
    *Flour, white, 6T(remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/4 cup dry),
    Baking Soda, 1/8 tsp(remove)
    Salt, 1/4 tsp(remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp(remove)
    Apples, fresh, 4 cup, quartered or chopped(remove)
    Pears, fresh, 2 cup slices(remove)

Combine fruit, sugar and 1T flour. Place in a 8-inch greased baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and press over the top of the apple mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until fruit is tender, at 350 degrees
