Marinated Pork Tenderloins

Submitted by: BELLEDECHARON

Introduction

When you have to feed the family and they are complaining they do NOT want YOUR DIET FOOD!
Although the nutritioinal calculator says there are 234.2 calories per pork chop, I think there is less as the marinde is not actually eaten (unless you put it on rice)

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 tbs Ginger Oil
    1 tbs Seasoning Sauce
    4 tbs Sweet Chili Sauce
    2 tbs pear vinegar
2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
    2 tbs worchestshire
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
tap water (about 1-1.5 ounces) - reserve 1 oz of water to rinse out the marinade container

    8 (4 oz) pork tenderloins

Tips

This dish can be served with brown rice, and vegetables (squash, cabbage, green beans, or salad). It has an asian flair so it goes very nicely with the cabbage noodle salad.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (bake).

Combine all ingredients (except pork tenderloins). I use a dressing shaker but you can also whisk ingredients in a deep bowl. Shake or whisk vigorously to ensure all ingredients are mixed together thoroughly.

Wash pork tenderloins and remove excess fat. Beat with a mallet until about 1/4" thin. Line a baking pan with tin foil or baking paper and set the 8 tenderloins in the pan. Cover the pork with the marinade (use 1 oz of water to rinse out the marinade container and pour over the pork).

Place the pan in the pre-heated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven, turn the pork loins, return pan to oven and bake an additional 10-12 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 pork chop (1 tbs marinade)
