Luanne's Lasagna

Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Sauce:
    1 32oz. can of Hunts Tomato Sauce
    1 15 oz. can of Hunts Tomato Paste
    1 can of Campbells Tomato Soup
    1 lb. of hamburger
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    Parsley to taste
    Parmesan Cheese to taste
    Water

    Lasagna Noodles (2 boxes)

    Cheese:
    4 cups of shredded mozarella cheese
    2 large containers of 2% cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    Garlic Powder
    Parsley Flakes
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Saute a chopped onion and minced garlic in margarine. Add hamburger. Then add tomato sauce, paste and soup. Add a half can of water of each and stir. Then add parsley flakes and parmesan cheese. Cook until bubbles and then turn down to med-low.

Boil noodles, drain and set aside.

Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, garlic powder and set aside. Prepare lasagna by putting sauce on the bottom of a 9X13" glass pan. Layer in the following order. Noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, noodles, mozarella cheese, sauce, and repeat until full. End with noodles on top coated with sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and put in oven to bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
