Disappearing Broccoli

Introduction

My family's favorite... but not very healthy. My family's favorite... but not very healthy.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 - 10 oz boxes of chopped broccoli
    2 sticks of butter (keep separate)
    1/2 pound of velveeta cheese (cubed)
    36 Ritz crackers (one sleeve)

Tips

The serving size is approximate.


Directions

1. Cook broccoli and drain
2. Melt 1 stick of butter and Velveeta cheese in a pan.
3. Add broccoli and mix.
4. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
5. Melt other stick of butter
6. Crush the Ritz crackers and add to the butter
7. Mix together and put on top of the broccoli
8. Cook at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 7 - 1 cup servings
