Taco Soup

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 C. chopped onion
    1 can dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
    1 can light red kidney beans drained and rinsed
    1 can black beans drained and rinsed
    1 can Pinto beans drained and rinsed
    1 can Italian flavored diced tomatoes
    1 can yellow corn drained
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 can medium olives drained and diced
    1 small can of green chilis
    1 pkg reduced sodium Taco Seasonings


Directions

Get out your crock pot folks, this is a simple recipe make it and forget about it. :)

Brown the ground beef and onion. While the beef is browning, drain and rinse your beans, and drain your olives and your corn. Once browned add all ingredients to your crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low. (3-4 hours on high). The recipe calculator does not account for sour cream, cheese or tortilla chips if you would like to add them. Depending on your degree of hotness, we make ours with some hot sauce and extra chilis. Don't forget to add the calories for any extras!!
