Beef Stroganoff

Introduction

This is a little lighter version. This is a little lighter version.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
    Piccolini Mini Rotini
    1/4 C whole wheat flour
    1/2 C Non Fat Milk



Tips

Make the sauce as thin or thick as you like. To thin add, more water or don't add any to make it thick.


Directions

Brown ground beef. Boil the Rotini for about 10 mins. Strain the rotini. Put seasonings & flour in a clean bottle with a lid. Then add 1 1/2 C water to the bottle. Put a cap on the bottle, shake it until the flour is combined. Put everything in the same pan as the ground beef. Let it cook for a bit. You may want to thin it a little with 1/2 Cup of non fat milk.Cook another 10 mins.
