Chicken & Wilted Salad Wrap

Ingredients

    6 oz Chicken breast, skinless, broiled & diced
    1 c Onion, sliced
    1/2 lg Yellow bell pepper, sliced
    1 c Mushrooms, pieces
    1 c 50/50 Spring mix & Baby spinach
    12 Grape tomatoes, halved
    1 tbl Extra virgin olive oil
    4 Flatout light Italian wraps

Tips


Directions

Saute onion, pepper, and mushrooms in olive oil until nicely colored.
Stir in chicken, salad mix, and tomatoes. Saute to warm the chicken and wilt the salad.
Spoon into a flatout and roll into a wrap.
Enjoy hot!

Serving Size: Makes four wraps
