Ingredients

    1 tsp psyllium
    1/4 cup raspberries
    1/4 cup oat bran
    1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    Applesauce to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Mold mixture into a bar shape and refrigerate until hard. Enjoy!
