Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 oz salmon
    1 tbsp mayonnaise (you can sub for lite)
    2 tbsp chopped yellow onion
    salt and pepper to taste

    Optional:
    1 tbsp sweet relish
    2 tbsp chopped celery

Directions

Take left over salmon and combine with mayonnaise and onion and any other optional ingredients (depending on what you have in the fridge). Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy in a wrap, on crackers, on lettuce, the possibilities are endless :)

Serving Size: Make 2 sandwich size servings
