Chicken, grape, and apple salad with XTRA veggies

Ingredients

    hormel canned chicken breast(97% fat free) 2 lg cans (approximately 18oz)

    *Dole Angel Hair Coleslaw, 10.5 oz

    Grapes, 4 cup, seedless sliced in half

    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped

    Carrots, raw, .5 large diced

    Apples, fresh, 2 medium (diced)

    Dill Pickles, low sodium, 3 medium

    Low sodium pickle juice (approximately 5 tbsp to taste)

    Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 1 2/3 cups

    *Athenos Greek Strained Non-Fat Yogurt Plain 1 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT: Low sodium pickle juice, Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, andGreek Strained Non-Fat Yogurt Plain

In a separate bowl mix Low sodium pickle juice, Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, andGreek Strained Non-Fat Yogurt Plain then season to taste. I personally use salt, pepper, ms. dash, garlic powder, splash of lemon juice, tarragon, and dill weed.

Mix in with the salad mixture and enjoy!
