1lb extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10.75 oz) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup, condensed
1 can Rotel with Green Chilies
1 can Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
1 cup Sargento Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
1 cup crushed Tortilla Chips
Cook Pasta according to package. Brown Ground beef with onion. Drain off fat. Add Rotel, Tomato Soup (do not add water to soup), Taco Seasoning, Black beans and olive. Mix well. Add to pasta and mix to combine.
Spoon into 13X9 casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake in oven until cheese is bubbly.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 one cup servings
