Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Sweet potato, 3 cup, cubes
    *Potato, Red, Raw (1 medium), 4 serving
    *Onion-Red, Raw, 0.25 cup
    *Carrot - raw, chopped, 1 cup
    *1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, .5 serving
    *Bell Pepper - Red, 3 oz
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .5 cup
    Fresh Rosemary 1 tbsp

Tips

I used the broth from the small chickens i made for this recipe. You can do the same, but chicken broth is just as good.


Directions

Wash and Peal potatoes, carrots, onions, and bell peppers trying to make everything into bite size pieces around the same size so everything cooks evenly. Add All ingredients to a regular size frying pan. Add broth and cut up rosemary very small and add to pan. Cover and let cook for about 30 min, if juice runs out add water just for some more liquid. Salt and pepper to taste. or use MRS DASH. I love the different flavor combinations she has.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 oz serving size (1 1/2 regular cooking spoon full)
