Raw Califlower 1 cup Kraft singles fat free american
Wash and cut califlower into about one inch size piece, it is ok if they break apart, add to a sauce pan and fill up with 2 cups water, let boil until tender, strain water out of the pan using a noodle strainer, add to bowl and mash like mashed potatoes, add one slice of cheese and mix around add water if it seems too dry, season to taste with mrs. dash original blend or just use sea salt and pepper
