Ingredients

    1 small Tyson Cornish hen
    dried rosemary or fresh it doesnt matter

Tips

Try this with my Root Medley


Directions

Wash Cornish hen with water, add to slow cooker and season with rosemary, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper. add 2 tsp of water to bottom. let cook for 3 hours. Once it looks nice and no pink is visible place hen on a baking sheet and place in oven on 400 degrees for about 15 more min so it can get nice and crispy. Take out and let sit for 2 min then serve
