Ingredients

    98gms The Greek God Honey Yogurt
    1 scoop Whey Protein chocolate mix
    12gms Chocolate Ovaltine
    16gms Bobs Red Meal ground flax seed
    15 gms chia seed
    32gms The Bee's Knee's Peanut Butter
    5gms Bee Pollen
    102gms Frozen unsweetened Strawberries (whole)
    77gms frozen mixed berries (black, red, blue)
    115gms frozen fresh Pineapple
    18gms raw Turnip
    106gms banana
    8.4oz Silk lite chocolate milk
    14.6oz H2O

Tips

This is my meal for the entire day! I sometimes will eat a small portion of fish and a small dessert in the evening.


Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender. I use A Ninja Pro and it does the job really well. A regular blender will work but you'll need to make it in 2 batches.
