Introduction

A Mexican style pizza on flat bread. A Mexican style pizza on flat bread.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 flat bread
    1/2 cup low fat refried black beans
    1/2 cup salsa
    6 oz chopped chicken
    2 Tbs. chopped green chilies
    2 Tbs. sliced ripe olives
    3/4 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 green onion, chopped

Directions

Cook the chicken and chop into bite size pieces. Place the flatbread on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread the flatbread with beans, salsa, chcken, chillies, olives and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions.
