1 16 oz can Chickpeas
1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
3-5 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs tahini
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil
Combine remaining ingredients in food processor, blend thoroughly. Add 1/4 cup liquid from chickpeas. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until smooth.
