IntroductionA breakfast/snack that's delicious enough to be dessert. Who doesn't love that?! A breakfast/snack that's delicious enough to be dessert. Who doesn't love that?!
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 c applesauce, unseetened
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water (6 tbsp total)
2 tbsp jay robb vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp sugar free maple/pancake syrup (I use Walden Farms)
a few dashes of cinnamon
1/4 cup fiber one original bran cereal
Microwave for 2 minutes but WATCH CAREFULLY as it might overflow. If it begins to, stir and resume microwaving.
When done, transfer to bowl for eating and stir in fiber one. ENJOY!
