Introduction

A great alternative to ordering pizza, and you can pile on the veggies! A great alternative to ordering pizza, and you can pile on the veggies!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

Pillsbury pizza crust in a can
    1/2 cup pizza sauce
    2 cups pizza cheese
1 cup green pepper, finely chopped
    1 cup onion, finely chopped
    1 small can black olives
    1 small can mushroom slices
    4 small roma tomatoes, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Take a rectangular cookie sheet and grease it or completely cover it with nonstick aluminum foil. Open up the pizza crust and unroll it in the middle of the pan, then press it out evenly until it reaches the edges. Bake the crust alone for 8 minutes.

Once the crust has baked for 8 minutes, take it out of the oven and spread the sauce on top. Put about half of the cheese over the sauce. Put the finely chopped peppers and onions on top of the cheese, along with the mushrooms and black olives. Arrange roma tomato slices on top. Then top with the other half of the cheese. Bake for 11 more minutes or until done.

You can also put the toppings on the raw crust and cook it all for about 15-18 minutes.
