Cherry Tomatoe & Cucumber Salad

An easy and tasty side dish An easy and tasty side dish
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pint Cherry tomatoes (or any other small tomatoe will do)

    2 cucumbers

    Red wine Vinegar

    Garlic salt


Directions

After washing the veggies, Slice all the tomatoes in 1/2, peel and slice cucumbers. Toss in a bowl.

Pour the red wine vinegar over top the cucumbers and tomatoes. I always eye-ball this part. You can't really mess it up. I end up with a small pooling of vineager at the bottom of the bowl.

Garlic salt to taste! Serve and enjoy!

(It tastes even better on day # 2)
