Ingredients

    1 sweet red pepper
    1 sweet yellow pepper
    1 small red onion
    6 stalks of celery
    20 raw baby carrots
    1 cup fresh broccoli

Tips

Add teaspoon of olive oil on top for added flavor (not calculated in nutrition).


Directions

Slice peppers, onion, celery and add carrots and broccoli to microwave steamer. Steam in microwave 6 minutes until all are tender.
