High Fiber Trail Mix/ Yogurt Topping

Ingredients

    1 cup Fiber One Cereal
    1 cup Kellog's Special K Protein Plus Cereal
    1/3 cup Almonds, chopped or smashed

Tips

Use unsalted almonds

Eat alone or on top of greek yogurt for an additional protein boost.

Directions

Add cereals together in bowl. Using wooden mallet smash almonds into chunks (or chop/process in food processor). Add almonds to mix. Stir well.

Portion out into 1/2 cup or 1 cup containers. Enjoy!
