Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
    1/3 cup honey
    1 cup coconut flakes
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Tips

To store, put in a covered container in the fridge, they will keep for about a week.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pop in the fridge for about 30 minutes and then pull out and roll into bite size balls.

Serving Size: makes 18-20 walnut sized balls
