3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut in half 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 egg 1 tablespoon 1% milk 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 11 x 14 cooking pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg and milk. In another bowl, mix the cheese and bread crumbs. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken in the baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or until juice run clear. Makes 6 servings.
