1/3 cup water
1/2 banana (mashed or sliced)
10 unsalted almonds
1 packet no calorie sweetner (optional)

Directions
Combine oats, milk and water in a bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds. Stir in banana, almonds and sweetner and enjoy!
