Leslie's Whole Wheat Pancakes

Number of Servings: 18


    2 cups flour (I use whole wheat)
    2 t baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cups milk (I use skim)
    1 cup or so pureed fruit
    strawberries, blueberries, banana


I always add fruit, chopped berries, bananas, mandarin oranges are good too
I use sugar free syrup


mix dry ingredients
add eggs and milk
stir with fork until mixed
add fruit
spray skillet with oil, 1/4 dollops make great size cakes
cook til you see bubbles, flip and cook til done

Serving Size: makes 15-20 1/4 cup cakes
