Ingredients

    1 large onion
    1 medium red bell pepper
    1 pack ground turkey
    1 can black beans, drained, rinsed
    1 can chili beans
    1 can whole kernal corn
    2 10oz can Mexican Style Diced tomatoes (rotel)
    ground cumin
    oregano
    crushed red peppers
    chili powder
    1 cup chicken broth, 99% FF, low sodium

Directions

cook down onion and bell pepper
add turkey
add seasonings
rinse black beans on side
Add all veges/beans, chicken broth cook down
Add cooked meat with veges/beans
