Simple Veggie Tofu Soup

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 Cans of Swanson's Natural Goodness Broth
    About 3 Bunches of Broccoli
    1 Raw Onion Sliced
    About a 1/2 a Head of Cabbage Sliced
    1 Package of Azumya Firm Tofu Cut Into Cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a large pot. Make sure to mix them well into the broth. Cover the pot. Turn the heat to just above medium and bring to a rapid boil. Then turn heat down to just below medium and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

*Note: You can sub the Tofu with cooked boneless chicken breast.
