28 Corn Tortillas
4 Boxes Hytop Oven Crispy Shrimp
1 Cup Cole Slaw
1 Jalepeno, seeds removed, diced
1 Cup Mayo
2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp. Cumin
Fry Corn tortillas in Vegetable oil, about 15 seconds per side.
Mix Baja sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Assembly: Use 2 corn tortillas per taco, or they will fall apart. (If you want to use less, as I did, just be careful when you hold it). Lay 3/4 cup of shrimp on 2 tacos, fill with cole slaw mix, top with about 1 Tbsp. of sauce.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 14 tacos
