Ingredients

    13.5 oz broccoli, cut up
    40 g dried apricots, diced
    25 g papitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
    60 g non-fat plain yogurt
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    10 g honey
    2 T unsweetened apple juice

Directions

Cut up the broccoli, and apricots and mix with the papitas. Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over broccoli. Mix to coat
