El Popular Chorizo, 7 oz
Flour Tortillas, 10 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
Tips
Save on fat, carbs and calories by using 6" corn tortillas instead of flour.
Directions
Brown 1 link of chorizo (7 oz.) mashing to separate and add 6 eggs. Scramble mixture until eggs are cooked.
serve on warm tortillas with a sprinkle of cheddar.
