CLEAN Nut Meat Loaf

    4.5 cups raw sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
    3 small beets, chopped
    1/2 bunch celery
    5 branches fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
    1 bunch sage, leaves removed and chopped
    1.5 cups ground flax meal
    1 t sea salt


In a food processor, combine sunflower seeds, beets, celery, rosemary, and sage. When the mixture is almost smooth, begin slowly adding ground flax meal and sea salt until mixed thoroughly. Shape into a meat loaf. Dehydrate at 120 for 24 hours, or until crispy on the outside and a bit wet on the inside.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 1 slice each.
