Kathys Light Crepes

Introduction

Very Low Cal alternative to Bread, Bagels or Muffins Very Low Cal alternative to Bread, Bagels or Muffins
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    45g Egg Beaters 100% Egg white (3 Tbsp)
    10g 2% milk, (about 1 Tbsp)
    12g Corn Starch (1 1/2 Tbsp)

Tips

My favorites to put on the crepe and roll up:
1: Chunk Light Tuna, with light mayo and onion
2: Smuckers sugar-free perserves
3: Light Cream Cheese sweetened with Truvia
4: Turkey sausage and 2% Colby & Jack shredded Cheese


Directions

Mix Egg Whites and milk together with a fork, add Corn starch and mix until well blended. Spray a 8" non stick pan with pam, heat on medium heat 2 minutes. Pick up heated pan and pour half the mixture into it, and swirl around quickly to evenly coat the pan, will cook fast. Put back on stove and let cook add'l 20 to 30 seconds until edges start to fall from side. With a very flat spatula get under crepe and flip over, and cook 20 to 30 seconds. Both sides should be slightly brown in spots.

Serving Size: Makes 2 8" Crepes
