Ingredients

    I used 1/2 of a chicken breast that I had left over from making a chicken casserole dish.

Directions

Using one can of chicken broth add l/2 cup rice , chicken pieces and salt/pepper to taste . Cook in uncovered sauce pot for about 20 minutes.
