Salmon Cakes (Gluten Free)

Introduction

Yummy and healthy. How great is that!!! Yummy and healthy. How great is that!!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 C. Pink Salmon Alaskan (Wild Caught)
    3/4 C. Corn Chex (Box should say gluten free)
    1/4 C. Milled Flax Seed
    1 egg
    Cumin to taste
    Tarragon to taste
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties. Bake or saute til warmed through. Easy peasy and absolutely yummy.

Serving Size: One Quarter of prepared mixture.
